Angela Craig brings more than 25 years of hands-on Austin real estate experience to every appraisal assignment. As a luxury residential developer and commercial developer whose projects have shaped the Austin skyline and retail landscape, she understands property value from the ground up — not just as a formula, but as a function of design, location, and market dynamics.

Angela is a candidate for the Certified Residential designation through the Appraisal Institute's PAREA program — the most rigorous modern pathway to certification — and will be completing that designation in 2026.
