Angela Craig

Angela Craig brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to appraisal assignments across Central Texas. Her background spans valuation, acquisition, development, asset management, brokerage, and real estate investment—giving her a practical understanding of property, market behavior, and the decisions clients make using an appraisal.
 
As Chief Appraiser of AFC Realty Advisors, Angela provides well-supported residential appraisals throughout Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties. Earlier in her career, she managed major Austin acquisition and development assignments involving The Domain and 300 West Sixth. She also supported the valuation and acquisition of more than $4.5 billion in real estate and loan assets.
 
Angela is a Texas Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Her education includes the Appraisal Institute’s PAREA programs and qualifying education through the Certified General classification. She combines modern technology, careful research, clear communication, and professional judgment to deliver credible appraisal results clients can understand and rely upon.
